1. Information We Collect

Account information: email and password (stored securely). Generated content: product inputs and generated creatives. Usage data: generation logs and credit transactions. Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: operate the service, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmation, invoices, payment alerts), and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with vendors necessary to operate the service: Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (copy generation), fal.ai (image generation), Upstash (queues), Resend (email). All are subject to data processing agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account while it is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Generated images are stored for 12 months.

5. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit and store passwords with bcrypt. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS certified).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through 100Ads's support email.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
