By accessing or using 100Ads (100ads.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

100Ads is an AI-powered ad creative generation platform. The service generates ad images and copy based on user inputs.

3. Accounts and Credits

You must register with a valid email address. Trial credits (10 credits) are granted upon email verification and never expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period. Pack credits expire 12 months from purchase.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you retain access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use 100Ads to generate illegal, defamatory, misleading, or third-party infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the content you generate using 100Ads. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content to operate the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

100Ads is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior 3 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
